Your responsibilities

As a Senior Management Consultant, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting experience, helping our global clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. In this role, you will be engaged in digital transformation projects, where you will act as a trusted advisor in building solutions for business challenges in sales and service operations. You will typically be involved in all project phases, with a strong focus on understanding business objectives and identifying possible solutions, which will rely heavily on technology such as Salesforce implementation or another CRM platform. Your responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for track deliverables

• Assisting in designing winning commercial strategies

• Understanding and utilising the latest technology to solve commercial problems   

• Support business analysts, consultants, and peers   

• Participate in project design and proposal work   

• Stay up to date about the market, business, and technical evolutions   

Your skills and experience

With a consulting background, you have a demonstrable track record and proven commercial excellence experience. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowledge or experience with strategic management or process management.  As a person, you have a high level of drive and like to have a responsibility, where you continuously seek to improve the quality of your work. You are curious, learn to dare, and are comfortable in teams with an empathic mindset. You have the following skills and experience:    

• You have a master’s degree in business and have demonstrated a strong academic performance

• You have 2-4 years of experience from a top tier strategy or technology consulting firm  

• You have a strong commercial mindset, seeking to improve sales and service efficiency

• You can communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple understandable way, both verbally, in writing, and visually   

• You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels   

• You have excellent language skills in English
