Runar Standal
Runar is a Partner and Co-founder. He partners with our clients to identify high-value commercial opportunities through our Commercial Excellence practice and best-practice Cloud-based technology advancements.
Before founding NORTH, he was a Principal at Netcompany followed by being the COO and member of the board at Kraftvaerk.
Anders Bøgh Mortensen
Anders is the Managing Partner and Co-founder. He supports our clients with commercial trans-formations by leveraging the latest technology advancements.
Prior to founding NORTH, he was the Technology Consulting Lead for the Nordic Sales & Marketing Practice at Accenture and has previously played a key role in building the Danish Deloitte Digital Practice.
Michelle Vestergaard
Michelle is a Partner. She partners with our clients to identify and define value-driven commercial transformation opportunities, closely linked to strategic priorities.
Prior to joining NORTH, she was Director of Commercial Management and later Director of Presales and Operational Excellence in Telia Enterprise during a major commercial transformation. Previously she spent 6 years with Bain & Company.
Jonas Rasmussen
Jonas is a Partner. He partners with our clients on the journey of both designing and implementing commercial and digital transformations and prides himself on always having a strong focus on value realisation throughout the process.
Prior to joining NORTH, he worked extensively with driving commercial activities for Deloitte across their various service lines and executing new market strategies.
Cecilie Holm-Svendsen
Cecilie is an Associate Partner. She helps our clients with project design and execution. She brings diverse experience from a variety of projects, including design and implementation of new operating models, business case development, centre of excellence establishment, and programme management.
Cecilie comes with a background in Finance and Strategic Management. Prior to joining NORTH, she has worked with financial modelling for performance projections and stock listings of Nordic companies.
Talent Management & Recruiting
Sara Toft Tjell
Sara is responsible for our people agenda, including staffing, talent development, and training as well as the daily operation.
Sara brings a solid background with more than 10 years of experience in top-tier management consulting. Prior to joining NORTH, she worked with management consulting in QVARTZ, and later she was responsible for building and running the people agenda and talent management in BAIN Advanced Analytics Group in EMEA.
Rikke Bæk Lauridsen
Rikke is responsible for recruiting NORTH’s future talents, including identifying, attracting, and hiring the best candidates.
She brings strong experience in leading interviews and facilitating high-quality interview processes. Prior to joining NORTH, she worked in the social sector. Rikke comes with a background in International Management from the International University of Monaco.
Branding & Marketing
Frederikke Merrild Dich
Frederikke is responsible for branding activities, including marketing and communications, social media, and events.
She brings solid experience in employer branding and digital marketing from top-tier management consulting. Prior to joining NORTH, Frederikke had a key role in the development and execution of employer branding activities at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Johanne Merrild Thune
Johanne is supporting the marketing and branding initiatives with diverse disciplines from communications and social media to events.
Johannes comes with transverse commercial experience. Prior to joining NORTH, she has experience in sales and service. Currently, she is studying Business Administration and Organizational Communication at Copenhagen Business School.
Maria Lorentz Paulsen
Maria is filling in for Frederikke, the Brand & Marketing Manager, during her maternity leave. She is primarily responsible for overseeing NORTH's employer branding activities, including social media and events.
Maria brings a diverse skill set in communications to the role. She previously managed the marketing department at a startup, where she developed the company's brand identity and marketing activities. Moreover, her experience includes the development of employer branding activities at BCG.
Office Administration
Clara Krüger
Clara is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in the office. She ensures our office life is seamless and spirited, from streamlining the day-to-day efficiency to spearheading cultural initiatives with exquisite service as her top priority.
Clara brings solid administrative and service experience. Prior to joining NORTH, she worked as a store manager at a restaurant where she oversaw the daily operations.
Finance and Operations
Jógvan Mellemgaard
Jógvan is responsible for our Finance and Operations, and ensures that our strategies are financially and operationally efficient.
Jógvan brings a solid background with more than 6 years of experience in auditing and accounting. Moreover, he has experience in consulting and commercial banking. Prior to joining NORTH, he worked as a senior consultant within CFO advisory at PwC.
Consultants
Kristoffer Qvist Tolbod
Kristoffer is responsible for project design, team leadership, and project delivery and helps our clients identify their highest commercial opportunities through technology advancements. He is specialised in delivering global CRM programs across Sales and Marketing using cloud-based applications.
Prior to joining NORTH, Kristoffer has worked as Account Director at Wunderman, CRM IT Program Manager at Danske Bank, and as a Consultant at Deloitte Digital.
Sarah Nørby Larsen
Sarah is responsible for project team deliverables and has a key role in project design and delivery. She supports our clients with strategising for commercial excellence, designing operating models, and implementing frontline processes utilising cloud-based CRM applications.
Prior to joining NORTH, she worked with developing, evaluating, and implementing commercial and go-to-market activities for Deloitte across service lines.
Stefan Riesthuis
Stefan is responsible for project team deliverables and helps our clients identifying and implementing the ideal digital transformation strategy by combining technical and commercial skills.
Prior to joining NORTH, Stefan has amassed a diverse portfolio of impactful roles. At Neste, he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives as the Head of Commercial Excellence. Moreover, his experience includes tenures as a CPQ Consultant at Salesforce and as a Salesforce Solution Architect at PostNL.
Kim Kjeldager Sørensen
Kim is responsible for project design, project delivery, and team management. He helps our clients with innovative and value-adding commercial solutions through best-practice Salesforce implementation. He has a strong understanding of customer engagement processes and the ability to align business strategies and technology roadmaps.
Over the past 14 years, Kim has developed strong expertise in cloud-based CRM application architecture. Kim brings experience from Deloitte Digital and Salesforce professionals services acting as a trusted advisor.
Magnus Bengtsson
Magnus is responsible for track team deliverables and helps our clients with developing and executing commercial excellence strategies through data-driven and actionable analysis. He brings strong analytical skills and an extensive strategic and commercial mindset.
Magnus comes with a background in financial services and business development. Prior to joining NORTH, Magnus worked extensively with feasibility studies as well as developing and executing market-entry strategies for Danish companies.
Lærke Kjeldsen
Lærke is responsible for project team deliverables and supports our clients with best-practice commercial solutions through Salesforce implementation. She brings strong technical expertise in delivering complex automation and development that follows business needs.
Lærke has a technical background combined with IT consulting experience. Prior to joining NORTH, Lærke worked as a Salesforce Solution Consultant at Fluido, where she was responsible for end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and driving projects from planning to go-live.
Christopher Aleksander Orloff
Christopher is responsible for project deliverables and helps our clients with best-practice data configuration and migration solutions.
He has a background in Computer Science and Game Development studies from ITU. Prior to joining NORTH, Christopher worked as an IT consultant at Netcompany, where he maintained and expanded CRM solutions for some of the largest Danish unions and unemployment insurance funds.
Mirco Busatta
Mirco is responsible for track team deliverables and supports our clients’ digital transformation from strategy to implementation.
Mirco comes with a background in Industrial Engineering and Management from DTU. Prior to joining NORTH, he worked in Novo Nordisk where he was involved in the implementation of a global project and was responsible for the data migration and the development of a dynamic reporting solution.
Julie Simone Berg
Julie is responsible for track deliverables and supports our clients in designing and implementing best-practice commercial solutions. She brings extensive experience in driving customer-centric commercial- and digital transformations within both B2B and B2C businesses.
Prior to joining NORTH, Julie was a Consultant in EY Business Transformations, where she supported businesses in optimising their commercial processes, leveraging and collecting customer data, and securing sustainable growth.
Cara Coates
Cara is responsible for track team deliverables and supports our clients’ digital transformation from strategy to implementation. She brings experience with customer-facing digital solutions and strategy building.
Prior to joining NORTH, Cara worked at Danske Bank where she helped facilitating a holistic digital channel strategy for retail customers, assisted in business risk and controls, and monitored technological trends, market intelligence, and behavioural data to inform backlog prioritisation.
Casper Drukier
Casper is responsible for track delivery and project design and supports our clients with commercial solutions from strategy to implementation. He has solid technical skills and an analytical mindset as well as substantial experience with Salesforce and in optimising business processes through automations and business-driven design.
Casper has a background in Theoretical Physics. Prior to joining NORTH, he worked at Netcompany where he was responsible for the design and implementation of IT projects, with a particular focus on Salesforce implementations and project management.
Simon Kristian Jacobsen
Simon is responsible for project deliverables and supports our clients with the best-practice Salesforce data migration solutions.
Simon comes with a background in Mathematical Modelling and Computation. Prior to joining NORTH, Simon worked as an Assistant Analyst at PFA Asset Management, where he worked with data management and development and optimisation of data flows.
Marcus Pola
Marcus is responsible for track team deliverables and supports our clients’ digital transformation from strategy to implementation. He brings experience with customer-facing IT solutions and strategy.
Marcus comes with a background in Industrial Engineering and Management from Lund University. Prior to joining NORTH, he worked at Infor where he supported clients with large ERP implementations and was responsible for building custom applications and designing client-specific printouts.
Peter Mistol
Peter is responsible for project deliverables and supports our clients’ commercial transformation through process optimization, sales excellence, and the improvement of commercial capabilities.
Peter comes with a background in Finance from Copenhagen Business School. Before joining NORTH, he worked as an investment banking analyst at EY Corporate Finance, where he advised Nordic technology companies on M&A transactions. He brings strong analytical skills and an extensive strategic and commercial mindset.
Eline Brunke Aarhus
Eline is responsible for project deliverables and helps our clients with best-practice data migration solutions and configuration.
Eline comes with a background in Data Science from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Before joining NORTH, she worked with CRM, where she utilized vast amounts of data in complex models, as well as developed and managed multiple BI solutions.
Jan Talas
Jan is responsible for project deliverables and supports our clients with best-practice data migration solutions and configuration.
Jan comes with a background in Industrial Engineering and Management from DTU. Prior to joining NORTH, he managed the CRM implementation in a large international media group and performed a digital maturity assessment in Novo Nordisk Pharmatech.
Sofie Alding
Sofie is responsible for track team deliverables and supports our clients with the translation of strategic business initiatives to technical solutions.
She brings experience in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps driving CRM transformations through data-led capabilities, integrated technology platforms, and optimised operating models and processes. Prior to joining NORTH, Sofie worked as Client Service Director at Wunderman Thompson MAP supporting global clients transforming and scaling their sales and marketing activities.
Sigurd Frank Thorlund Nielsen
Sigurd is responsible for project deliverables and supports our clients with best-practice data migration solutions and configuration.
Sigurd comes with a background in Software Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Prior to joining NORTH, he was an Associate Consultant at Delegate, where he worked with creating tools for CRM development and maintaining clients' IT applications.
Simon Olesen
Simon is responsible for project deliverables and helps our clients improve their commercial capabilities through best-practice sales processes, process optimisation, and commercial design.
Simon comes with a background in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School. Prior to joining NORTH, he worked as a Junior Salesforce Consultant at Wipro, where he designed and maintained Salesforce implementations for multiple companies.
Rebecca Mosholt Hjorth
Rebecca is responsible for track team deliverables and supports our clients with best-practice commercial solutions through Salesforce implementation.
Rebecca comes with a background in Business and Information Systems from Copenhagen Business School. Prior to joining NORTH, she worked as a Software Engineer at Danske Bank, where she designed, developed, and implemented IT systems, as well as led data management implementation in Group Compliance.
Mathias Kristensen
Mathias is responsible for project deliverables and supports our clients with best-practice Salesforce data migration solutions.
Mathias comes with a background in Software Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Prior to joining NORTH, Mathias worked as System Engineer at an IT infrastructure company, where he helped implement various software automation solutions, while assisting in network configuration and setup.
Lasse Nordentoft Jakobsen
Lasse is responsible for project deliverables and supports our clients’ commercial transformation through process optimisation, sales excellence, and the improvement of commercial capabilities.
Lasse comes with a background in Business Analytics from Esade Business School. Prior to joining NORTH, he worked with market analysis, statistics, and visualisation on the commercial real estate market at CBRE A/S.
Bernadette Kofoed Christiansen
Bernadette is responsible for project deliverables and supports our clients with best-practice data migration solutions and configuration of Salesforce.
Bernadette comes with a background in engineering and technology, where she developed competencies in Data Science and AI. Prior to joining NORTH, Bernadette worked in the field of bioinformatics, where she used computer-based methods and mathematical models to analyse vast amounts of data.
Aske Bonde
Aske is responsible for project deliverables and helps our clients achieve commercial excellence through process optimisation and improvement of commercial capabilities.
Aske comes with a background in Digital Management from Copenhagen Business School. Prior to joining NORTH, he worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst, performing data analytics and building interactive reports enabling management to make data-driven business decisions.
Florian Huck
Florian is responsible for track team deliverables and supports our clients with the translation of strategic business initiatives into best-practice technology implementations in Salesforce.
He comes with a background in International Business from St. John´s University in New York. Prior to joining NORTH, he worked at Salesforce, as a Solution Consultant where he overlooked the sales, architecture and implementation of end-to-end enterprise CRM applications.
Patrick Hamann
Patrick is responsible for project deliverables and helps our clients with commercial transformation through process optimisation and improvement of commercial capabilities.
Patrick comes with a background in Finance from Copenhagen Business School. He brings experience from management consulting, where he has been working with financial modelling and strategy in a M&A deal and supported an agile transformation in the financial service industry.
Sofie Hummer
Sofie is responsible for project deliverables and supports our clients with commercial excellence through process optimisation and the improvement of commercial performance.
Sofie comes with a background in Business Economics and Management from Copenhagen Business School. Prior to joining NORTH, she worked with data analytics, building and providing interactive reports enabling management to make data-driven business decisions.
Ida Rasmusen
Ida is responsible for track team deliverables and supports our clients with the translation of strategic business initiatives into best-practice technology implementations.
Ida comes with a background in engineering. Prior to joining NORTH, she worked as a Quality Assurance Consultant, specialised in digital transformation, process optimization and implementations. Most recently, she worked at Vestas, where she designed and implemented business processes to secure commercial excellence.
Oskar Lundström
Oskar is responsible for project deliverables and supports our clients with best-practice data migration solutions and configuration.
Oskar comes with a background in Mechanical Engineering from Lund University. Prior to joining NORTH, he worked as an IT and Management Consultant, helping clients evaluate and accelerate their business with an emphasis on project management, process development, and data analytics.
Peter Riis Christiansen
Peter is responsible for project deliverables and helps our clients with best-practice data configuration and migration solutions.
Peter comes with a background in Software Engineering from DTU. Prior to joining NORTH, he worked as the Coordinator of Organization and Development on the Board of Polyteknisk Forening (PF), where he served as part of the daily management of the association.
Felix Martin Dressel
Felix is responsible for project deliverables and supports our clients with commercial solutions through data configuration and technology implementation.
Felix comes with a background in Industrial Engineering and Management from DTU. Prior to joining NORTH, Felix worked in technical sales and project management, where he was responsible for global sales and service projects, as well as a CPQ Configurator study.
Emma Fellenius
Emma is responsible for project deliverables and supports our clients in achieving commercial excellence through process optimisation and the enhancement of commercial performance.
Emma comes with a background in Management in Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School. Prior to joining NORTH, she worked at Strategy&, part of PwC, supporting the Business Transformation and Operational Excellence team with process and business development.
John Edgar Powell
John is responsible for project deliverables and supports our clients with best practices in Technology Excellence.
He brings expertise from being a Solution Engineer in Salesforce, where he overlooked cloud-based CRM applications in diverse industries, namely Consumer Goods, Retail and Travel, and Transportation. John has a background in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Management from DTU.
Christian Rudolf Larsen
Christian is responsible for team deliverables and actively supports our clients in navigating digital transformations and enhancing commercial processes for optimal performance.
Christian holds a degree in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School. His professional journey includes experience at Deloitte, where he revised small and medium-sized firms spanning diverse industries. Additionally, he has hands-on experience providing technical support and service at Nordea.
Simon Bühler
Simon is responsible for project deliverables and supports our clients in the development and digital translation of strategic business initiatives, helping them achieve both commercial and technology excellence.
Simon comes with a background in Aerospace Engineering from the technical universities of Stuttgart, Lisbon, and Munich. Before joining NORTH, he gained professional experience both in M&A departments and technology consulting. This included working on a global IT infrastructure project at Accenture, focusing on network design and monitoring.
Verena Judith Reis
Tasked with project deliverables, Verena contributes to clients' success in attaining commercial transformation by refining processes and strengthening commercial capabilities.
Verena comes with a background in International Management from Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon, Portugal, and Copenhagen Business School. She brings diverse experiences from management consulting, as well as project management in a technology & transformation department, where she accompanied clients on their way to digitization.
Guglielmo Mengozzi
Guglielmo is responsible for project deliverables and assists clients in commercial transformation by optimizing processes and enhancing commercial capabilities.
Guglielmo comes with a background in Strategic Management from IE Business School and in Economics from Bocconi University. Before joining NORTH, Guglielmo worked as an IT Consultant at KPMG, where he supported the cloud migration process of a bank and participated in software valuation projects in the financial sector.
Maja Elisabeth Themann
Maja is responsible for project deliverables, empowering clients to achieve commercial transformation through process optimization and commercial capability enhancement.
Maja comes from a solid strategic management background, focusing on Business Administration and Information Systems from Copenhagen Business School. Before joining NORTH, she gained valuable experience as an Insights Analyst at a software company, analyzing data and creating interactive reports to guide management toward informed data-driven decisions.
Christian Elsborg Andersen
Christian is responsible for project deliverables and supports clients in attaining commercial excellence by optimizing processes and improving commercial performance.
Christian comes with a background in International Business from Copenhagen Business School. Before joining NORTH, Christian worked at Simon Kucher & Partners developing, evaluating, and implementing top-line strategies.
