Christina comes with a background in sales and recruitment. She brings in strong experience in identifying and recruit leaders in Presidents Institute, from growth or transformation-focused companies across industries.
Prior to joining North, Christina has more than 10 years experience from the sales and consulting industry, where she has worked with business development, and software solutions.
Jeppe brings more than 6 years of experience within development of sales- and commercial performance. Prior to joining North, Jeppe has experience from Deloitte, KPMG and EY, with both strategic and client-facing roles within sales performance across markets and service lines.
Jeppe is experienced in the development and execution of market strategies, sales management, application of CRM/Salesforce.com and has a proven ability to succeed through others by bringing structures and best practices into sales management.
Jonas comes with a strong background in sales operations and business development. Prior to joining North, he worked extensively with driving commercial activities for Deloitte across their various service lines and executing new market strategies.
Finally, he brings a widespread experience within CRM to the table having worked in depth with both Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, which has led to a two-fold experience from both a practical operational level as well as working with best-practice processes for CRM.
Kim helps accelerate and deliver innovative and value adding solutions at great speed and low risk. He has helped businesses in a variety of industries including FSI, shipping, pharma, high tech and manufacturing on their digital journeys.
Over the past 14 years Kim has developed a strong expertise around cloud based CRM application architecture. He has a strong understanding of customer engagement processes and the ability to align business strategies and technology roadmaps.
Kim brings experience from his work in Deloitte Digital and from Salesforce professional services acting as a trusted advisor.
Mette has more than 10 years of experience in technical project management and played a key role in the Deloitte cloud advisory team focusing on both sales, service and CPQ business processes – primarily on the Salesforce platform.
Mette has solid technical and analytical skills as well as extensive experience in solution design, solution development and information management. She also has extensive experience in workshop organization, facilitation, planning and risk management.
Runar has worked both in a strategic and tactical capacity with client offerings, project management, analysis, specification, implementation and quality assurance. Runar is the Norwegian part of the Nordic management trio.
Runar is former COO and member of the board at the fast growing IT consulting company Kraftvaerk. He has been in charge of Kraftvaerks transformation to become a competitive eCommerce and Self Service Systems Integrator.
Sarah comes with a strong background in sales operations and business development. Prior to joining North, Sarah worked with developing, evaluating and implementing go-to-market activities for Deloitte across service lines and customer segments.
Sarah has experience in developing the underlying commercial organisation, processes, platform for reporting on both activity and strategy level. Including utilising the latest cloud-based technologies and practices.
Thomas has a background in computer science and engineering. He has broad experience in artificial intelligence and utilizing modern approaches to develop business critical IT solutions.
Prior to joining North, Thomas developed high accuracy intelligent software to drive business digitization and efficiency. With extensive technical knowledge he can critically assess and select appropriate state-of-the-art technologies for creating durable solutions in a fast-paced world.
