Manager (Commercial & Technology Transformation)

The Position

As a Manager, you will participate in project design as well as proposal work. You will play a crucial role in running and executing commercial projects, as either track or project lead. In the role, you are responsible for team deliverables, and you may have more than one project to manage at a time, depending upon the project size and complexity.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. 3-6 years of experience from a top tier strategy or technology consulting firm

  2. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally, in writing and visually

  3. A strong commercial mindset, seeking to improve sales and profitability of our customers

  4. Characterized by a high level of drive and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment

  5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

  6. Candour and courage to speak up and challenge unproductive orthodoxies

  7. Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

  8. Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish 

  9. Graduate degree and a solid academic record (preferably Master, or Ph.d.)
